At morning (7 am)
Have 10 egg whites and 1 cup of oatmeal

After 1 hour (8am)
Have 10 egg whites

After 2 hour (10am)
Have 7 oz. tuna and 1 cup of rice

Afternoon (12:30pm)
Have 7 oz. tuna, Eat 1 large potato

At (3pm)
Have 7 oz. tuna and 1 cup of rice

At (5.30pm)
Have 8 oz. fillet Mignon and 1 cup of rice

At Evening (8pm)
Have 8 oz. fillet Mignon and 1 cup of rice

& At night (10pm)
Have 8 oz. fillet Mignon

I am recommending you to try this daily diet. After 2 months check your weight on weight box & tell me how much your weight has increased.
